• Contact & Family Inquiries: Full name, email address, optional telephone number, and the subject/message describing your child's grade level or workshop interest. Purpose: scheduling free after-school mentoring, reserving free equipment for Saturday eco-walks, or answering institutional inquiries.
• Volunteer Applications: Full name, email address, telephone number, preferred volunteer pathway, and weekly availability. Purpose: organizing your introductory meeting at 7 Rue Georges Clemenceau and registering your volunteer civil-liability insurance coverage.

The legal bases for this processing under GDPR Article 6(1) are your explicit consent (Article 6-1-a) when submitting a form and the legitimate non-profit associative administration of member and volunteer activities (Article 6-1-f).

3. Data Retention Periods & Storage Security

Personal contact inquiries are retained by our volunteer secretariat only for the duration of the current academic cycle (maximum 12 months after the last exchange) and are then permanently purged. Active volunteer and member registers are maintained solely for the duration of your participation in the association, plus statutory insurance archive periods required under French associative law. No personal data is ever transferred to commercial third parties or marketing brokers.
